I think a unique weapon is a Sewing needle. I watched a show about a Chinese Assassin that could do the job by throwing a Sewing Needle... It was Ripley's Believe It or Not, so I'm not sure how legitimate it was but That'd be a hell of a way to Assassinate someone.

If they could do a game with great animation for it Kamas would be awsome.
Also your own blood as seen in Deadman wonderland, what could be more awsome then that.
I can't remember the name they gave it, but soldiers in WW1 would make a periscopic rifle with a pair of mirrors, and attack a piece of string to the trigger so you could aim and fire it without sticking your head out of the trench.
I think the Dynasty and Samurai Warriors series have some good examples...
Samurai Warriors
*Motochika's shamisen (Japanese banjo) that shoots purple orbs of doom!
*Oichi's ball and cup...yes, a ball and cup.
*Magoichi's perfectly accurate, rapid firing, fire ball shooting...musket.
*Kojiro's nodachi and broadsword that he pulls out from another dimension.
*Okuni's umbrella.
*Kotaro's stretching guantlets...yeah kinda hard to explian this one.
*Ieyasu's cannon spear, it's basically a hand held cannon that has a lid with a spear on it that opens and closes. It's also semi-automatic
*Hanbei's bladed compass.
*Ujiyasu's cane that has both a hidden blade and hidden gun in it.
Dynasty Warriors
*Zhen Ji's flute, with the ability to create orbs of doom by playing melodies (she can also slpa people to death).
*Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi's feather fan that shoot beams (of doom) and tickle people to death.
*Sima Yi's claws that can shoot wires from them that stab enemies and can be used to manipulate people like puppets.
*Yue Ying's arm-mounted, rapid firing, bladed crossbow.
*Ma dai's paintbrush...yes a paintbrush.
*Cai Wenji's erhu (Chinese violin) and harp which act similarily to Motochika's shamisen).
*Meng Huos stone column, coconut tree and giant mushroom combination. He uses the column to smash people then he can pull a tree from the ground and spin it causing the cocunts to shoot out and then he can also pull a giant mushroom from the ground, take a bite, and spit the poison at people. Then he just chucks that away and pulls the column back out from the ground.

I sure hope I wasn't the only one who thought instantly of the 'Holy Mackerel' from Team fortress 2.
