There are quotes from WoW? I've played it for 2 years and I can't think of a single meme that came out of it. Of course, I don't really follow internet memes at all but nothing about it seems meme-worthy.

I'm with you guys though, prevaricating pastries are past their prime, and saying "Chuck Norris" should be a crime.

I was over "Cake is a lie" about 3 days after everyone started saying it.

Try 3 hours - it's not even a funny joke in the game (it's not even meant to be) let alone when people quote it for no reason.

I dunno if it's a meme or anything but a lot of people are saying "Nah" now. Like if someone asks a quesiton someone will just sy "NAH" and its like, "what?"

Some quotes can be quite fun if you try to be obscure about where you're sourcing them from. I once had a great conversation down the pub trying to remember all the best lines from Resident Evil. But then again I was a little drunk, everything seems like a great idea when you're drunk.

Also quoting from various movies and having your mates try to guess which film it's from is a great drinking game, if they get it in three tries you've got to down a shot, if they don't get it they have to down a shot. Simple yet effective.

OT: The only quotes that get on my nerves right now are when people quote something and get it completely wrong, you feel the urge to correct them but you end up looking like more of a douche than they do if you do correct them.

Coincidentally, I actually hate the "Have a cookie" or "You win the internets" memes. But, for some reason on this site, people who utilize these memes typically use them in witty and clever ways. Others I can't stand include "It's over 9000", "4 strength 4 stam leather belt", and the truly overused "Thread Hijacked" pictures.
