Sometimes, inspiration strikes without warning. Idea for that thread is the case.
Basically: if you were in charge of some game's development and had to include quick-time events, you would make a player press X to... do what? Would you try to improve the system, or make it as ridiculous as possible?
I, personally, would implement the following ones:
Press X to football-kick that demo package into warehouse full of ammunition, then duck and cover!
Press X to shoot the helicopter down with a railgun while flying backwards and get recoil-boosted towards the cliff!
Press X to spread peanut butter over your sandwich while dodging random missiles!
Press X to climb onto 60-metre tall robot, then plasma-weld the lock off, open the hatch, and empty a crate of grenades down the hatch!
