One hour a day people would be asked to think. Give them current event issues, moral quandaries, and have debate. Bottom line, think and think about thinking. I am constantly stunned how educated intelligent people fail to think critically.

I would have people fighting each other starting in kindergarten. People are relatively equal in kindergarten, and if everyone starting fighting each other from then, there would be less bullying, because people would constantly be competing against each other and there would be more equality. Imagine the educational benefits of people respecting each other in post-elementary school education. If people thought of violence as a good instead of an evil, the people who don't care either way wouldn't have so much power over those who do.
I go to a music college, first assign was writing an essay about how metal started, gave birth to sub genres, influenced other genres, notable artists, notable events, notbale recordings and all that jazz. Good times.Wasder said:

A firearms class would maybe get rid of ppls asinine fear of them. Barring that though some sort of advanced civics class where you go though SCOTUS cases and state/federal law.
