If you have major, very structured plans in place, then get prepared to have them rocked.

No matter how hard you've been working or how long you've been at it, your manager only ever walks by when you're sitting down taking a break. Could be three hours of work and a three minute breather, THAT is when your boss will see you.

Maybe you miss understood, I was being sarcastic, and I am painfully aware of Murphy's Law, I know Murphy was an optimist. This is more of a thread of things you have come up with, not the standard everyone knows. I'm doing an Architecture degree, for another one of my assignments we had groups of 3, I took on most of the work from the start because the other 2 didnt no where to begin, I came up with all the ideas to drive the project, put together diagrams and produced all the information we'd need for the final hand in. I made a 3D model to exact dimentions, met up about 4 times with them to explain everything and give them all they needed to do their part, some simple floor plans and make a small model (1 task went to each of them). They could take the plans and see what had to be done for the model right from the 3D work I'd done. They had 2 weeks to do their part.
