Is battlefield 3 trying to make me hate it?

Am i the only constantly disconnecting from xbox live while playing battlefield today?
It's definatly not me, and im getting really annoyed at joining games and never finishing them. Ive played in about 6 different servers recently.

Is it just me?

Nah, not just you. BF3's servers are unstable as all hell. Although I had thought it was just like that on the PC.

I have not been disconnected once since buying the game.

The game on xbox had some connection issues on launch, after day 1 I have yet to be disconnected, and my internet is terrible

I tried the multiplayer on the PSN and it took a long while to get in a match. Wasn't booted though once I got in. This was a week or two ago, a day or two after release so I can't imagine it getting much worse than release traffic.

Once again EA hasn't bothered to make sure their servers are up to snuff. This happens with pretty much every major release from EA, you'd think they'd learn. Also, what the hell was the point of the beta if not to make sure the servers are working properly?
