If this is true, I probably should have done my reading. This situation changes entirely if it's just someone being targeted who happens to be a woman, not because it's a woman. That said, everything above still applies under the assumption that this is not the case as in the OP's post.
No, it's not the case. He mentions a specific individual right at the end of the video. The rest of it is just him extolling on the many failings of girl gamers as an aggregate, how they seek to entrap lonely nerds and bilk them out of money and goods, and the many in-game places you can look for them in order to harass them (naturally engaged in silly fluff activities, because as he repeatedly mentions playing the game normally is beyond them).
There are two lines of defense that will be offered up for this video...
1. He's specifically targeting the loathed and feared ATTENTION WHORE, a label we all know applies equally to men and women and yet by some cosmic coincidence is applied almost universally to women by men. One might question whether or not the best method of mitigating ATTENTION WHORING would just be to cease to pay attention to them, but whatever. One might also question whether or not people with YouTube Channels creating content for public consumption should be pointing the finger at others and calling them attention whores, but who am I to judge? I'm writing a post on an internet forum. Let (s)he who is without sin cast the first stone.
2. He's made a cunning satire, in the mold of rage-bait ruses like MAVAV or Bonzai Kittens. I acknowledge this is possible, but suspect it is not the case. There's no wink to the audience at any point. This COULD mean he's just more committed to the satire than most, but I'm going to have to go with Occam's Razor and conclude the most likely scenario is he's simply a gynophobic douche canoe.
