on PS4 it rarely works, sometimes it just never loads and other times the checkout screen loads forever and I can't do anything else but unplug my PS4 so that it turns off. The store, at least for me is horrible. not only is it slow and unresponsive but it freezes my console 50% of the time I try to buy something
