It honestly doesn't matter.

So you find a drawn character sexy.

While yeah, as others have said, legally marrying a fictional character is really, really, really depressing to think about but finding non real characters sexy is a non-issue.

If you cross the line from 'Find sexy/thinks dirty thoughts' over to 'I must marry them!' your treading in dangerous water. Just as if you had the same thoughts of a real actor or actress.

In my opinion it's not an issue. Like Marter Says, the characters are designed to be sexy, and like World Critic and others are saying, as long as you don't get too obsessed it's ok.

I think the line for this is when you get to the point where you like the character(s) so much that you don't even give a crap about real men/women anymore.

Part of any writer's job is to evoke an emotional response. If you didn't feel anything, be it pity, anger, hatred, love, even sexual attraction, they failed at their job. It is part of that whole imagination and immersion thing that fiction writing of any kind is supposed to evoke.
While this is true, sex appeal is pretty easy to evoke and is therefore frequently used by inferior writers.

...Such as in this webcomic: http://leasticoulddo.com/comic/20051213

If being oddly and morbidly turned on by Jessica Rabbit is wrong, than I don't want to be right.

SIDE NOTE: Last convention I went to had over two dozen Jessica Rabbit cosplayers. Comic mischief ensued.

I don't think it's weird or unnatural or anything to find a fictional character attractive as long as it's not obsessive. I mean anything can be taken too far. I think most people would admit to finding a character from a book, game or cartoon attractive at one point if they were being honest. At least thats what I figure from experience with people I know.

As long as it's not one of The Simpsons or anything from Futurama, I see nothing inherently wrong with it. If the character is portrayed well enough to create an impression of the kind of person you find sexy, attractive, adorable or whatever, then it's merely a sign that the creator of that character has doen a good job.
I think its better to say that its completely ok you can find any fictional characters sexy or attractive (after all its no different then finding a real person sexy/attractive, just without the fun), even from the Simpsons or Futurama just don't create porn out of it for me to accidentally stumble across and cause me to splatter my breakfast all over the keyboard >_>

I suppose so. Most of them are carefully crafted by designers and marketing teams to be that way, after all.

Characters who you'll find attractive are generally designed to be attractive. There's nothing really wrong with it, but as people have said, as long as you don't obsess too much.

When I was ten or eleven,I had a huge crush on Mimi from the original series of Digimon.Looking back,I can't remember why,but I just know I did.

More recently, while reading a series of books called The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb,I found that I was really attracted to Lady Patience, because she's what I would look for in a girl.Strange, weird, and will chase people around a court yard with a horse whip for ever saying something wrong about her husband's bastard son XD

So I'd be a hypocrite if I said it's wrong.Like people have said,it's fine,as long as you don't go too far.But hey, everyone's got that weird thing about them,so,you know,he without sin and all that

Yes.

It's ok to find fish sexually attractive, a bit odd, sure; but it's ok. Think whatever you damn well please; it's your actions that can, and should, be judged.

Once again, the first post brings the point home. I've seen erotic and provocative pictures of Samus or Tifa or Zelda and they look very attractive. The characters (more often than not) are meant to look attractive so that people will play the game. To find one sexy is perfectly normal. (Heck, I might even go so far as to say to look at Hentai with said characters would be fine.)

Just don't go overboard. They are fictional characters and often cartoons. Not real people. Yes, seeing women cosplay the zero suit samus or Laura Croft is hot, but they're usually just models or fans themselves. Not the real thing.

God, of course it is! People have been finding fictional characters sexy for hundreds of years.

Your only concern is if you think Alyx Vance is the one and only woman for you and no other will do. Because that's going to be pretty fucking difficult to make THAT work.

I don't see why it's not alright. Like countless have said it's only if you start obsessing over them and lose the ability to distinguish them as fictional.
