i was on another forum where people are saying its mens fault that guys are scared of dating and ive explained my situation. its like this:

"i just got out of a relationship. this is my 4th one. all of them just wanted money

like i said im ugly as sin, so ive actually got to work to get a relationship. im also not happy with having to work so much to get so little in return(ie, she just yells at me, wants money from me or just all right out cheats on me). i dont think its worth it if thats all relationships are"

would you not want to date if you kept on getting into situations like the above mentioned? cause people keep on saying its not worth it to stop doing it if this keeps on happening

Do what I did.

Get a girl when you're 15, before you get a little chubbier, and slower, and still optimistic about the big wide world, that way, she is slowly exposed to how lame you are and is too far in the relationship to bail without feeling guilty as hell.

Gah, being 23 sucks.

[sub]That was all a joke by the way, I love my fiancee, she's not only the love of my life, but my best friend.[/sub]

That dude's just had a string of bad women. If it were me, I'd keep going. Gonna have to find a good one eventually.

Better than abstaining from relationships at least, that just strikes me as stupid beyond belief.

I doubt all relationships are like that. Though...I reckon many would be :(
Not that I know. I am not smexy enough to be in a relationship T_T

Though if my "date" only wants money, then I pretty much would end it there.
Not forever of course. Not everyone is a greedy and stealing person.

Yeah, I misread the first sentence. My point still stands.

The dating scene is quite a gamble, especially if you don't have the looks with you, which I don't either so I know what you mean. The only way to avoid that I think is to let a relationship develop from something else, because once you a) have the deeper connection, you are less likely just to be used and b) you know that person a lot better to be able to avoid idiots and spot personality traits you don't like.

Then that girl clearly wasn't right then, was she? Just as with dating, you have to try more than once

Don't worry about stuff like this. You'll find the right person. I know you are now thing "What a cliche awnser, this guy is a prick" but in all seriousness. All my girlfriends have cheated so I sorta have an idea of what you are thinking. Currently, I just ignore most girls....which has lead to people thinking I'm gay.......maybe my advice isn't all that great.

How much money can you have at 24?
Millions?
Alright then: "what is the likelihood of you having so much money at such a young age that women ignore all of your other faults to get to it?"

Yeah, best to stay away from misogyny and generalistations if you're having trouble with women already.

Some golddiggers will keep digging till they hit China.

Edit: I mean some people stick to their abusive spouses till they die.

I dunno, I have been very lucky first time :)

But giving up is not wise, sure there are a lot of Gold-diggers and cheaters out there, but there are also some who will be really worth it. And when you find someone good for you, you will be damn glad that you didn't give up.
