Is Max Payne 3 best Rockstar game ever made?

Of the Rockstar games I actually finished I would say that it is probably my second favorite?
Here is my list such as it is
Red Dead Redemption
Max Payne 3
Grand Theft Auto IV
L.A Noire

Ain't that just a Team Bondi game published by Rockstar? That's why I didn't list it. Also, because I couldn't get into it.

Edit: Though, it does have some of Rockstar's technology.

its rockstar publish game and imo such a terrible game at all. its not even a game.

I finally re-found this review of MP3 that nailed everything wrong with the game even though he's too generous. I was searching for Shadow Tactics reviews on Youtube and his review of it popped up and I then immediately searched the channel for his MP3 review that I watched way back in the day.

Oh, I think he means the fact that Max can't go right to cover from prone/supine. Big deal. No one said the mechanics are perfect.

The guy also doesn't know what he's talking about when he says the multiplayer comes down to who sees who first. Has he ever seriously played a multiplayer game?

Yup. It is a relatively small thing that turns into a big deal because it makes the shoot-dodge (the most fun thing in the game) and last stand probably at least 50% less useful than they should be.

I haven't played the MP, but I'm guessing he's just referring to it being a low health game from the sounds of it. The lower the health you have the more important it is to get first shots basically. There's a HUGE difference between in gunfights in your standard COD vs MoH Warfighter just due to Warfighter taking 2 more bullets to kill.
