Well when you get a company as large as MS you're bound to get one dude who hates black people. Weather or not this guy heated the sight of black skin or was simply worried other people would is up for debate though, but, personally, I think that regardless of the reasons this dude has fucked up and should get fired.

Well, maybe that's a little hard, but MS has to respond to this decisively, if they want to salvage their public image that is.

Maybe it was altered to fit the Polish audience.

Or maybe the marketing department for Microsoft in Europe is retarded.

Based on their XBox Customer Support, I believe that the latter is quite likely.

(Now a serious answer) It seems poorly photoshopped, I'm suspecting the work of a thrid party. Knowing Microsoft, if they really needed it changing, they would have photoshopped the hands aswell. They aren't that sloppy.

Also, the thing at fault here is the modern day interpretation of racism. That picture? That's not racist. What is racist is brutally torturing then killing someone because of the fact that they are of a different ethnicity than you. And we say history taught us something... guess not.

And since almost every person has some trace of racism in them (for most people it is subconscious), collectively yes, Microsoft's employees are racist. But so is everyone else.
