I've been studying Russian history, and recently got to the section on Rasputin, who apparently is invincible, given how he is thought to have died (I'm still not sure...)

Then I walked down my street, and saw some guy who is the spitting image of Rasputin. Face, beard, hair, the only difference is he looks slightly older.

So, have you ever seen someone who looks like a dead person/someone who would never be in that area of the world?

Was the person you saw by any chance Alan Moore?

OT: At the bar I went to for my 21st birthday party, there was this guy a table or two over that was the spitting image of one of the actors from BBC's Primeval. Like, so close that it may have actually been him, and he may have been in a certain major city in Florida for some reason, and stopped by for some good beer and German food.

Last year, I saw a guy who was a spitting image of Charles Bronson, walking through Plymouth city centre. I made a joke that his daughter had been attacked and he is so badass he came back to life to track down the attackers and kill them. No one got it, they had no idea who Bronson was, I despair sometimes.

Does it count if it's me? I am compared to Kurt Cobain so much it's creepy. I usually have a very tasteless response for it, but so as not to offend, I'll keep it to myself here.

He don't count. Charles Bronson doesn't die.

Did you know that Rasputin had he largest ever recorded penis and that it is pickled in a Museum in Moscow? True fact, I wont paste a picture to confirm it though...
unless, my neighbour is rasputin (which i will believe until he proves it indisputably), in which case his son would be evidence against his pickled dick.
and apparently its not his dick anyway.

I second this question. Ever since I cut my hair, I've been getting compared to Mia Farrow left and right. It's kinda bizarre.

Also, I randomly saw someone who was the spitting image of David Tennant riding a motorbike on my college campus. It was... strange, to say the least.

I had a teacher in college that was the spitting image of John Lennon.

And there's also a guy in my home town that looks exactly like the Iron Sheik (I know the man's not dead). He also talks like him when he gets drunk.

There's a similar thing going on with Keanu Reeves: http://www.keanuisimmortal.com/

Hmmm, wonder if this is the start of another worrying trend?

I worked over the summer with a guy who is a "Professional Santa Claus"... That was fun.

But my best one was passing a guy on a quiet sunday morning. A white beard, long white hair, white suit and a white hat.
Now I am an athiest but if anyone personified a western version of god in that moment it was this guy... The fact that he appeared to be heading to church was also funny.

I was in British Columbia, sitting in a restaurant talking about, among other things, this concert I wanted to go to back home where I lived, but couldn't. I walk outside, and who do I see, the exact singer for the band (Joey "shithead" Keithley from band DOA) walking by.

A little different since it was actually him, but still a funny story.

I had a science teacher who was the spitting image of Sylvester McCoy's Doctor Who. Considering this was during the period that McCoy was The Doctor, my teacher took great advantage of it by trying to work the series into his lessons.

People used to say I looked like Stephen King, or at least like one particular photo he was using in the "About the Author" blurbs at the time. I never saw the resemblance myself.

My English teacher a few semesters ago looked just like Kurt Cobain, no joke.
