Is The Old Republic worth picking up?

If you haven't played WoW yet then it's worth a pickup.

If you have, save your money.

It isn't even a real MMO, the planets and cities are all instanced so you'll rarely see other people. The game will probably be abandoned in a few months due to lack of content and bugs.

What bugs? For a big MMO at realease the experience is pretty bug less so far... have a SIth Inquisitor level 43, the game never crashed on me since the beta, and the few bugs i have encontered are more some graphical glitch with the clothes of some NPJ in the cut scenes, and they where few and far betwen

I'm not even gonna ask what kind of logic is behind that statement.

Anyway it's good so far, smooth launch and besides a couple of bugs the game itself is also pretty smooth.

It all stands or falls with the endgame though, if BioWare can't pump out stuff fast enough before the masses get to it people are going to be burned out fast like in WoW.
