Is there a telekinesis game?

There is Second Sight, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 1 and 2. The last one is obviously not about telekinesis, but you can pretty much throw around anything you see with Force powers.
Second Sight is the least action oriented of all. It's more of a stealth game.

Throwing in another vote for Second Sight. Did a no-kill-in-the-present run, it was tons of fun.

...Also, it's basically gaming's "The Sixth Sense". You really should play it through at least once.

Telekinesis is one of the unlockable powers in Saint's Row 4.

Saints Row IV has a telekinesis power. It's fun, but it's pretty barebones. The rest of the powers and the general gameplay make up for it though.

Barebones, you say? Pshaw! Try upgrading it, and then tell me how minimalist it is.

I've played the game plenty. It's just grab and throw, that's fairly barebones. It's like the gravity gun from half life but you can pick up bigger things. It also doesn't help that nothing in the game seems to really have much weight to it.

Indirectly, there's Quantum Conundrum, a puzzle platformer from one of the lead devs behind Portal. It has you shifting between dimensions to manipulate the weight, trajectory and speed of various objects to solve fiendish puzzles. You might for example make a safe light as a pillow. To let it get carried by wind, catch it, throw it then change is weight back to heavy so it falls to the ground to make a step. It's fun and challenging and we'll worth a look.

There's always the old Jedi Knight games too, which let you push, pull, leap and throw lightsabres.

Psychonauts has telekinesis in it along with pretty much any other mind based power you can think of. It's damn fun as well and totally holds up. Play it if you haven't already, you can pick it up on steam for like $5 probably.
