Actually, several. Not sure how well I'd stack up against the "best" players in the world, but I'd imagine I'd fair pretty damn well regardless. They are as follows:
1: Team Fortress 2
2: Left 4 Dead (1 & 2)
3: Counter-Strike: Source
4: Sins of a Solar Empire
5: Mech Commander 2
6: Halo Wars
With the exception of CS:S (I have "off" days), I pretty much always ace matches of any of those games. Given, of course, that the rest of my team isn't doing terrible in the team games.
And, no. I'm not one of those ***holes that blames my failings on my team mates. If I screw up, then I have the decency to blame myself.
I've taken part in a number of amateur and professional level gaming leagues. Everything from CAL, CEVO, CPL, GameBattles, etc, etc. But, never too seriously and not for very long. While I can compete quite easily, I just don't get much enjoyment from it. I play games to have fun and experience something with friends. Most people I've met that are part of the professional and amateur competitive leagues are not what I'd call.....friendly. In fact, most are down right obnoxious, self-observed jerks. Besides, I prefer to have a fair, level playing field. I hate pub stomps. (hell, I sabotage my own team sometimes if the other team is just getting whooped)
I don't know why, but I've always been a natural at first person and the more complex, purely strategy based games. And, to a lesser extent, the odd racing game. I.E. Wipeout, F-Zero, etc.
