I am a teenage American male, and I fucking love Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.

Some say I have a problem, but I just view it as a hobby. I can stop anytime I want....

Knowledge........ You can never know everything, and as long as you are smart about who knows what you know you should be fine.

Hang on....... This is a thread about what can there not be too much of, on The Escapist.... Why has this not come up yet?

I mean really........

I am a slightly-older-than-teenaged American male, and I have a PonPonPon avatar.

I also may or may not have the song itself in my music library.

... I mean, Big Boss is the manliest of men, isn't he? Especially the way he repeats things in that gravelly voice, just like his successor does.

[sub]Somehow that sounds more girly than liking a peppy, bright and weird J-Pop artist. Or is that just me?[/sub]

Sobriety and cigarettes.
Two things that bring meaning to the phrase "more is best". Well, maybe not the second thing but definitely sobriety! You can never be too sober.

Next question?

[sub]Unless you want to confound the issue by adding in modifiers like "Well, what if you're swimming underwater or in the middle of a burning building?"[/sub]

OT: I have no idea. I'm pretty sure the word "excess" means "to the point of causing harm". If so, there's your answer.

Except that hyperventilation is a thing.

OT:

There are two things we need moar of without exception: data, and magma.

Okay, okay, allow me to edit my original post to clarify what I actually meant, since I assumed the question was meant to ask "Is there anything you can do on a highly regular basis, presumably extremely often during the course of one day, that would still not be bad", and not "Is there anything that you can vigorously do to such a degree and still wouldn't be bad".

I read the entire first page and there was not ONE suggestion of 'Money'. I'm disappointed in you all.

Anyway, that's my contribution. Money. Can't ever have enough money.

Isn't it completely obvious?
Happiness of course.
If there were too much somehow, it wouldn't be happiness anymore.

Oxygen is in fact slightly toxic and is slowly killing us, thought without we'd die much faster.

Vitamin C. Never has detrimental effects.
Excessive amounts may lead to diarrhoea and other fun things. Consumption of over 40 pounds can be lethal (quite near impossible though).

Honestly I wouldn't know, hair growth?

Once saw a guy take 25 Vitamin C pills in one go before a half-marathon. Thirty minutes later (and before the marathon, mind you) he was puking his guts out. I'd call that a) excess and b) detrimental effects.

OT: I don't think you can "appreciate" too much, as in a painting or song or other piece of artwork. But that's a definition thing, because once you start obsessing over it, you're no longer really appreciating it. Other than that, I got nothing.

...well if it's in excess, that sort of implies it's beyond the threshold of goodness. Otherwise it would simply be frequently, or large amounts.

Thinking. That can't be bad for you, provided you think carefully and check your logic.
