I'm losing faith in humanity because 90% of our leaders are either complete idiots or don't give a s**t about anything but money and power. And almost all of them lie all the time.

OP: Vegetarians are only justified if they're the "one pound of meat requires 1000 pounds of grain to produce" kind, at least then they might have half a head on their shoulders. Anyone moaning due to animals dying for food really needs a good lecture on how food works. Hell, I even use the argument that plants feel pain (mythbusters confirmed it) even though as you said, 'logic armour' is quite impenetrable.

so this is what i heard that fish isn't considered meat for some god forsaken reason. but you are young and arguing is something you must learn in your mid-late teenage years. the chef most likely knows you weren't at fault but if people there leave because of you, they are losing money. What happened isn't your fault but people see it that way and those people are customers and if they leave the cafe isn't making money.

Last time a vegie told me I was cruel for eating meat I told them to excuse me it was time to go to my alter and sacrifice a chicken to my lord carnivorous.
