I'm positive that it would always read that. If I'm not allowed to post new threads or replies, why would the "Edit your posts" option be up there? Trust me, you can even register and see for yourself. No need for sarcasm.

The Sherdog forums display the same thing (word for word) if you're viewing them as a guest or haven't logged in, and they both use the same forum software/program: vBulletin.

That's probably not the greatest example however, since the Sherdog forums are pretty much a joke anyway.
