Alright, I live in Arizona, and by now we're usually starting to get back into the high temperatures. But this year, it's still cold. Not only that, but we've already gotten a lot more rain than our yearly average. NOT ONLY THAT! But Lake Pleasent (I know it's one of the lakes here, I think it was Pleasent...) has gone up by 15 feet due to all the extra snow runoff from the mountains. So, I was just wondering if anyone else has been getting really bizzare weather where they live.

And don't say "Watch the weather channel!" I'm trying to make a discussion, not a spreadsheet.

Iunno... Here in Indiana it seems to be finally getting warm. I'm not sure if that's abnormal or not but I'll take it. The snow is all gone and I hate the cold; there's no reason for winter to stay anymore.

It's raining in San Diego. It's been raining off and on for the past few months. Even for winter, I call that pretty freaky...though I can't remember if something similar didn't happen during the last El Nino.

Southern California's been experiencing weird weather, too (at least where I live). It's been super cold all winter and is still cold now; usually it's just one or the other.

Oh well, I'm not complaining. I actually find it rather nice.

Yes. I live in Florida, and right now, we're experiencing one of the coldest winters yet (in terms of duration, not temperature). Usually, we get a single week of cold weather (total), and then the rest of our winter is usually nice and cool/warm-ish. This year, however, we've had so many consecutive weeks of cold that it's just ridiculous. I think this is our fourth or fifth week of consecutive cold weather. And it sucks.

We even got snow this year (again), but the amount that fell was pitiful (again) and barely worth mentioning in any state other than Florida (again). Stupid frickin' Rossby waves...

EDIT: AND I end up getting ninja'd here. Damn Florida peeps....stealin' my weather news!

I live in Washington, near the Canadian border. We got no snow what so ever, and it snowed today.

That sucks, cold for AZ is 50-60 degrees with sunlight usually. It's getting to 30-40 though. And it's been raining NON STOP.

The weather over here is pretty schizo too (Texas). In December, we were still getting 70-80 degree weather. I usually went out wearing a tank and shorts.

But now, it's the middle of March and it's raining like hell and effing freezing.

Fifteen minutes ago it was very bright, sunny, and no wind to be heard or felt.

Five minutes ago it just started raining and hailing and there was the boom of thunder.

WTF?

We usually don't shed our snow until late march, but this year it is all gone now! We have recieved less snow that ever. The high was 15 today, that is way too hot to ski in.
