Is this guy just a sexist mysoginist or does he have a point about pretty girls?

I find it hilarious that the only comment disagreeing with him is named MateriaGirl. Kinda proves how right he is.

OT:He's a comedian, shock is what they do.

Hm... did you all notice the nice lady with a disgusted face in the audience? Turns out she heckles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aN3W9PE55dw&feature=related

I do like the ending, though.
I pretty much died when he said "Ya fuckin' sister? How did that happen?"

It's like a lot of comedy. It's funny because there is a grain of truth to it, but it's exagerrated to a ridiculous extreme in order to be funny.

Pretty much the epitome of what it means to be able to laugh at yourself.

Consider for example of all the pretty girls that get used up and spit out by the world, or wind up becoming really warped and jaded at an early age because of it. A grain of truth and making fun of one stereotype (stereotypes exist because they are true) does not form the basis of an entire opinion or an actual political statement.

I got it at first, then after seeing a few more gigs wondered how people could still find him funny.

He became even less so after I discovered more stand-up comedians (he was the first I saw).

The look on the face of the woman next to the man he was screaming at near the end was prooof enough of how right he was.

Priceless.

Just go to 4:56 and look at the faces of the women. Holy shit...
Offensive but true. I have more respect for a person who tells it like it is, rather than sugarcoating things.

He's a comedian. For a comedian, there's only two ways to become well-known and successful; be really talented and have a killer bit and/or be offensive. He does have a point, though, and you know it. That is how comedians make an impact; they talk about issues that their audience can relate to.

I don't think he's a mysoginist; I think he's just putting on a persona for the stage.

He has good points, but that's not what it's all about. It's all about entertaining. He does that well.

He takes a few unfortunate truths and tells them in as gleefully cynical a manner as possible. It's an ugly thing to see, and it's strange to relate how funny I find it.

Sort of, not really a fan of Ricky Gervais, but hey to each his own.

Though he is a comedian, he DOES have a bit of a point. Thanks for showing me this guy by the way, I'm finding him hilarious.

Bout half and half. Of course he's blowing things way out of proportion.

Yes, women will dominate men. I've seen it in my family. But I think women like it better when men can STILL 'handle their business' after getting into a committed relationship.

These kinds of stereotypes exist because there are a lot of examples in the real world. Doesn't mean things HAVE to be that way.

BTW: Did you see how pissed that woman sitting next to that guy was? Holy crap, I hope that wasn't that man's wife. Poor bastard.

Are pretty girls hated by other girls? I dont know you would have to ask a girl who sees herself as ugly for an answer there.
I knew a girl who was like this. She had a lot of very pretty friends.

BUT NOT FOR LONG!

Basically, the answer is yes. Just think about it. What if you were a not-so-pretty girl, or an ugly girl, and had a few friends who were very pretty?

1. When you go to a social event, all the guys are staring at your pretty friends and ignoring you.

2. When your pretty friends join you and your boyfriend for dinner (or whatever) he's looking at them (and possibly the pretty waitress) a lot more than you.

3. (As Mr. Burns said) Virtually all men are willing to wait on the pretty girls hand and foot, or are at least extra nice to them, while they may hesitate to give you the time of day.

Add to these the fact that women tend to compete socially (whereas men compete physically and economically) and you can see why women who are pretty (and therefore have a huge and often undeserved advantage) would be the object of jealousy and spite.

I've never seen or heard of this guy before but you bet your arse I'm gonna go looking for more of his routines now! He's like the Aussie answer to the late, great Sam Kinison.
