Hmm, really? I just joined after a long time viewing Escapist articles/videos... But I'm not sure I'll like it here if you can get suspended for image humour. o_O

It's just that you need to have words also with your txt, even if it's just: ya because apperantly " a pic does not substitute for a post" sorry but I don't make da rulz the people with a golden name do.

I doubt it. Almost certain you'd be comitting a criminal act if you physically prevented them from leaving.

If you are living in the US it's a violation of labor law, take it to the local Labor and Industries office. Then when he fires you do it again for violating whistle-blower protection laws.

If they're running out on a bill, they're breaking the law, as they are "making off without payment". In the UK, you can go to prison for that, so yea, you wouldn't be breaking the law by stopping them from leaving if they hadn't paid.
