Consider: 4Chan - a site dedicated to the dregs of the Internet - exists, and is furthermore an extremely popular and populated site. This is similar in quality, just with a different tangent and a smaller userbase.

I visited the site and I don't know what offends me more; the illiterate "blak ppl are statans spwn hur hur" posters or the pseudo intellectuals who try and back up their racism with insights into sociology and history.

Damn, their guest forum is moderated. I spent like fifteen minutes delicately wording my cannibal-necrophile fantasy trollpost and now they might not even get to be weirded out by it! (Because of course they'd believe it's real, DUH! Racists haven't got two braincells to rub together so they believe everything they read.)
