I don't think the Desert Bus didn't anything wrong, by the way. I was asking if they did.

But also, what is wrong with hating on piracy exactly?

This is a website dedicated to mostly video games. If people want to steal those games, they should be banned. I see nothing wrong with saying that.
Nothing wrong with that. The flaw is in your execution on the subject and as i said you can express but don't force overwise you will get banned.

Hey, I work for Adobe, there are definitely risks with sharing software - most obviously the legality issue. Another major risk with shared software is without the Adobe updates you are more susceptible to viruses, spyware, and time bombs. Fortunately, Adobe Creative Suite 5 Student and Teacher Editions are available for up to 80% off the commercial price and has all the functionalities. Right now in addition to the up to 80% off students can also receive an additional $50 off between 11/22 and 12/5. Hope this helps!

yep. The cost of one hard cover book you'd pay for any other class in uni is a fortune.

Hell, I pay MORE for most of my books than what they currently are asking for.

You're just being a jerk.

Pay for it.

Thanks for all the replies everyone, I wasn't expecting to get anywhere near as much attention, and I had quite a bit of fun reading all the arguments that came up.

I bought a student package, so it was pretty cheap all things considered, and I didn't want to pirate it, and i'll get all the updates and stuff properly this way. (plus massive satisfaction that my package was earned.) Thanks.
