I'm not on LIVE but own MW2 and just because I'm curious, what exactly is the Javelin glitch?

If you're looking for someone to give you detailed instructions on it, I wouldn't bother.

You have to create a custom class; your secondary needs to be a Javelin and your equipment semtex, though it also works with throwing knives.

Select Javelin, press grenade to throw semtex and hold, press change weapon to select Javelin; you can let go of grenade as soon as the Javelin is back up. Now, the instant you die [even from fall damage] a Javelin missile automatically fires. I don't see the point of not saying how to do it, it makes it easier to tell when others are using the exploit since it requires them to rapidly switch to a Javelin and back for no good reason, then carry it around without doing anything with it. Apparently anyone caught doing it will get suspended, and it's going to be patched out in the next update.

They just installed a patch today for matchmaking, the javelin patch is coming next.

Nobody caught using it will get b& so just chill out people. DeadlyYellow was precisely right, a brief suspension will follow any Xbox user abusing the glitch. PSN has chosen not to do anything at all, and PC users have already been patched. All this from fourzerotwo on twitter. Add him?

It doesn't stop anyone. I played a match today with a guy who kept using the Javelin glitch, and kept using the "witchblade" build...

what's the witchblade build??

and why would anyone use the javelin glitch that much? you have to die for every single kill you get and the cheap laughs can't be fun for long...

I think you're underestimating the blast radius; watch the video, it's gigantic. Chances are for every death you'll get more than one kill.
