I have some bad feelings against the game now, sadly. For the most part it is because of the terrible community.
I used to complain about MMO communities.

Then I played MOBAs. =(

Holy balls I just bought WoD. Well damn... Persuasive friends, luring me in with raids.

If you were a fan of WC3 then you will probably enjoy it for a little while. Pretty much everything about Warlords of Draenor is pandering to WC3 fans or teh hardcore raiders so if that's your boat I would reinstall.

I quit WoW shortly before WoTLK came out and I play on a solo private server from time to time to see and experience some of the old vanilla memories. Like walking through moonglade etc. Do mind that this is a self made private server with just me in it. The reason why I quit is because BC took away a lot that made WoW what it was. There was no incentives to invest the time and effort into getting good gear or PvP ranks up anymore. I remember when Grand Marshall's dominated the pvp scene and only maybe 3-4 players a server ever attained that pvp rank and gear. I remember when you had to stay up all night for raids and bosses were an absolute pain to down, even with 40 man raids with all decked out gear. BC made it almost worthless to actually treat WoW as a world. It just became "farm this and you will eventually get it" type of game. WoW vanilla didn't have near as much farming as BC and future expansions did. You were forced to make friends/allies and actually treat the game as a life in of itself.

Which honestly is how MMO's are suppose to be. Starting with Ultima Online. You were forced to talk, make friends, and do things together. Any mistakes you made especially in Ultima Online were servery punished just like IRL.

Well, I'm curious to see how that plays out. I mean Grom is still Grom isn't he? I am curious how this Iron horde will react to the modern horde. It could very well end up with us getting alternate reality Grom on our side after he slaps down Garrosh and states that he won't kill any more of his own people.
Problem is... Grom is confirmed to be the "last boss" of the expansion. Now, that doesn't mean we're going to, you know, just fight Grom, or that Grom is central to being the big bad, or even that he's actually bad and not being manipulated in some way, buuuuut... That's what we know. Also, and this is a mild spoiler
Garrosh becomes the leader of the Warsong when Grom becomes Warchief of the Iron Horde, and the way he meets "justice", so to speak, is not by Grom's hand. You'll see what I mean when you do the questing in WoD
.
Either way, young, hothead Grom is probably not too keen on strange, tusked Jamaicans leading orcs anywhere, especially after the Draenor Horde is mobilized and had tasted war. I sincerely doubt Grom will be irredeemably evil, by any means, though.

BUT NONE OF THIS MATTERS, BECAUSE ILLIDAN'S NOT BACK YET. BLIZZARD.
PLS.

PLS GIB ILLI. PLS.

Metzen pls.

Prehaps after Groms taken a knee from the raid party beating the crap out of him Thrall will arrive to speak to him? Prehaps even use some magical flim flammery to show alternate reality Grom the memories of Thralls time with the original Grom?
