Well, first game had Isaac punting babies. But it's still creepy and disturbing on so many levels. No chance in hell i'm playing that, or even watching - i'm so much more into action than horror.

Huh...

They rip off Dante's Inferno
Which is also made by them.
Although, I think many of the games from the Silent Hill series had dead/creepy/possessed babies (but maybe it was only #3) so if you want to cite rip-off, you might wanna start there.

And i hope that isn't just prerendered cinematic action, but actual gameplay footage or else i will now be severly disappointed...
Are you saying you want to kill children?

Also, I find Isaac's armor... ugly.
Same, looks more feminine
What looks feminine about it? The chest is clearly flat except for the protrusion that creates the holographic images in front of the visor, and the figure (while slightly slimmer than DS1) is not pronounced in the hourglass shape to be distinctly of one gender or another

I do. But in the "only-in-video-games-would-I-ever-think-to-put-forth-that-sort-of-grotesque-horrifying-display-of-my-humanity" sort of way

Well, since the original Dead Space had similar children in it (babies I think) it isn't really a rip off, since that came out quite a while ago.

If they pull in longhaired little japanese girls, they've officially hit creativity rock-bottom.

I hope they don't use the same enemies through the whole game and only bring in darker versions this time. And I hope they mix up the environments instead of just metal corridors and rooms, and occasionaly some extremely restricted space sections where you can only see a planet or two. Maybe it's because the game was supposed to be scary and set a gloomy and dark atmosphere but the game wasn't scary at all so it was kind of boring.

I want nice variety of settings. I also want huge space sections like right on top of a space ship/station where there's stars and planets all around you. Make it really creepy since there's no sound and you can get some excellent scares.

They said this time your on a space station/city and they wanted to make lots of different environments so not to bore gamers, like one thing they saw was a huge Gothic church type level and then a shopping mall or something, and apparently there is a section where your inside a giant monster kinda Gears of War-ish. They added stuff like destructive items like for example you can blow up tables and stuff like that now instead of just walk around them.

Also now you can shoot the windows and suck everything out into space and if you don't seal it fast enough you get sucked out too

Looks good, but the building, it ain't no ship. Are we back on earth? Or maybe Issac never escaped the planet after he was attacked on the escape ship.... mmmmmmmm

Will I get this... time will tell.

Pictures looks rather low res, that may be because its a magazine scan.
If you look to issac's right leg on the first photo it allmost looks like his foot is a necromorph's foot, weird.

Also where the hell is he, looks like a temple of some sort, maybe its a necromorph chamber or something.
Also even though this may even be a pre alpha build, Issac looks a little less well portioned then in the first game, he looks a little smaller.

So I take it from this, Issac survived.........

Look's like Arkum Manor from the Batman game.
According to the article, that's the Church of Unitology.

No, he's on a space station orbiting Jupiter, and he's there as the infection begins, this time.
