Went to the Xbox Support Page, found out that all their suggestions were the same and I got angry,then I told them I was going to buy a PS3. I sent it to Microsoft, they gave me a new Xbox in 3-4 Days.

I returned to Circuit City because my Xbox was RROD'd out of the box. I got a new one immediately, it didn't RROD, and I eventually sold it to get a PS3, and it still hasn't RROD'd for the guy who bought it.

I've had good luck with electronics---this PC has been running like a dream since December of '06 (hasn't even needed a reformat) and my PS2, which I bought at launch in 2000, is still chugging along (albeit imperfectly---it won't read PS1 discs or DVDs anymore, but it still plays PS2 games just fine.)
