*Shrugs* So what? I kind like Mark Walberg... sometimes. I mean The Other Guys is good and he was brillaint in Departed. He's actually a bigger name than Nathan Fillon. I don't see any problem with this. I mean it's only Uncharted, it's not the fucking citizen kane of videogames and Nathan Drake isn't that intersting a character anyway and watching him smarm his way through every scene even gets a bit gratting at times.
Mark is a great actor. Not fit for this role, though.
I think they should have used Nolan North himself.
He looks close enough to Drake, and would sound exactly the same.
Or just have Nathan Fillion, but dubbed over by Nolan North. As long as Nolan's voice is there, I'd have been happy.

Why don't they just make it with CG and use the original voice actors instead of making it "live-action" (Despite the action almost certainly being almost completely CG)? They could even use the game's graphics engine (though it would through off people playing on a PS3 since they would be getting impatient and mash X to skip the cutscene, which would be funny).

In all seriousness, it probably doesn't matter too much who they pick to play Nathan Drake, because Uncharted is just Indiana Jones with more senseless killing and although I firmly expect this movie to be a lot better than Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, I doubt it will be anywhere near a classic, regardless of who's playing the main character.

As much as I'd love to see Nathan Fillion get this role, I'm not really getting where the anti-Wahlberg sentiment comes from. Not as perfect as Fillion, but he looks quite a bit like Nate, sounds a bit like him too and I think can give off this air of boyish air filled with black humour.
