Hey, I'll start financing the construction of a castle. Zombies can't penetrate stone walls. When the actual zombie apocalypse occurs, people will be allowed to decide for themselves how much survival is worth to them.

I will probably use this time to stock up on more ammo and ration and if I can fit them in than I will expand my bomb shelter somehow.
Beside my zombie plan won't be coop up in a shelter and playing the waiting game.

Probably go and get a decent gun for killing zombies, like an assault rifle. Then put up a barbed wire fence all round the house, and wait in the bomb shelter until they inevitably come...
