I have that too. It's awesome. I'm pretty sure it's just high metabolism though.

Mutation is how evolution works. This is pointless, every living thing on this planet is a mutant, genes are not written in stone.
You may have different coloured eyes than your parents, that's a mutation, for example.

A mutation means a variation in DNA construction, even the slightest. Not a sudden genetic ability to heal/etc.
