Umm... did you play that game? At all? The name had nothing to do with Master Chief himself, and it was actually a fantastic example of a good single-word name. The importance of that word to the story is... well, Halo is the story: the title was perfect.

Hey, thanks. My friend mentioned this game to me a while ago when we were trying to think up bizarre Japanese games, but he didn't know the name. I'll have to let him know.

OT: Band Hero. I was wondering why they didn't change the name of Guitar Hero when all of the instruments of the Rock Band series became available, but then I realized that it was because Band Hero sounded dumb. They used it anyways.

Especially considering how they are all the same flipping game, just change around a few pokemon and change the color that goes with it.
I have quite a few games that use Dark as an adjective. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 1 and 2, as well as Gauntlet: Dark Legacy.
Come to think of it, I have quite a few games with a : in the title and that use a sub-title as well.
