for the 4th i first thought of Lelouch Lamperouge for his geass and incredible tactical mind, but I decide that his willingness to kill would make him a poor choice to put with the rest of the team, so i decided that
4)Hauptmann Deutschland so that he could help those in Germany fight the Nazi regime, thus making it harder for the Nazis to defend themselves when there was a German hero fighting them as well.
