Depends who's cooking.
If I'm cooking for myself... well, I wouldn't be cooking for myself, it'd be a takeaway - preferably Domino's. If I'm out at a restaurant, I usually go for a steak. If my mum cooks, then it's whatever.
My ideal meal, though? A nice thick medium-rare steak, thick-cut chips (that's chips in the British sense), a side salad (don't really mind what's in there, as long as it includes cucumber and rocket) and a nice cold pint of Guinness to wash it down. Lovely.
