It's dark way too early, I'm freezing even with the heating on and I want mince pies.
But most importantly, the Xmas Coca Cola adverts are on TV, therefore it must be Christmas.

When does Christmas start for you? When the tree goes up? When you start advent calenders?
Shops have already started playing delightful Christmas music for when you walk in.

I'm expecting extreme cynicism from you, seeing as most of you seem to hate holidays for reasons I can only presume take you away from your computer for too long.

Christmas starts on the 1st of December for me. Its hte days the tree, cards, crackers, calenders etc go up. I hate it when people put up their decs and stuff up during October and November.

Thats how i used to be able to tell it was christmas but I mistakenly moved to Florida where there is no snow so I will never know its christmas until its too late.

I'll know when it's Chirstmas because my local store will have a fucking hideous life size model of santa next to the entrance, that sings the most obnoxious Xmas songs at you as you walk around the shop.

I'll know it's Christmas because my bank balance will plummet as I buy unwanted presents for family and friends.

I'll know it's Christmas when I'm miserable and people will say to me: "hey Luke, cheer up, wheres your Christmas spirit?!" and I reply "you can take yer christmas spirit and shove it up your ass ".

Blargh... I hate christmas (Bah! Humbug). Not only am I Jewish, so I've always hated the holiday by default, I hate religion in general and its' forced in my face. A while ago, when I had no iPod and had an hour long bus ride, they forced me to listen to Christmas music all the way to and fro. Oh god, I still remember that song about some mom and boots... blah.

Not only does Christmas actually begin in July (they started stalking up then) it destroys other holidays. Hell, this is MY month! My birthday month, right on thanksgiving (best birthday ever, by the way) and I can't even enjoy that without Christmas throwing its' head it. Also, notice how 'Christmas' is spelled incorrectly if it has a lowercased C, while thanksgiving is just fine with its' lower cased first letter.

I want to show you all a video, one that proves how horrible these commercials have gotten. This commercial is truly horrible.
