Personally, I've just been nominated for best student journalism print article in Australia.

I almost passed out, in all honesty. It was... an awesome feeling. I've only wanted to see these bands for years. And they will be awesome pits. AWESOME!

Even though this was a couple of days ago I got a letter saying I have a degree which is nice. My cousin called on the same day to congratulate me and tell me that for my Birthday just gone I have tickets to Unholy Alliance (Slayer, Trivium, Mastodon, Amon Armath)

Hey Joe: Thats an awesome achievement. The cousin I mentioned had just got a degree in Journalism and has been telling me how tough it is to break into that market. Best of luck with that.

My coursework deadline got shifted back a week due to technical issues with the submission system, now I don't have to rush to get it done.

The last piece of good news I received would be that I got an "A" in history for the term. And I get two weeks holiday starting today.

congrats everyone on all your good news! I could certainly use some, I got tennis elbow on Wednesday, and woke up today with the flu. Plus I have to make a 20 minute presentation on Thursday.
