Lets try something. Rather than criticize or flame someone, try saying something nice to the person who posts above you. It can be a compliment, or you can wish them well. Lets see if we can be a bit more friendly to one another. If not, well I guess I was just being overly optimistic. I'll start by saying to the person who posts next,

"Thanks for posting in this thread and hope your day goes well (Unless it's night time, at which I wish you sweet dreams when you fall asleep)"
