I never heard about the first one, but the second is true as admitted by the man himself. He's into kinky shit, apparently. Yeah, but I'm into kinky shit, but I don't take photos and put them on the internet, to be honest I'm not really that disturbed by that. I have seen the record of him saying that he was going to rape a girl and saying that triggers were bullshit. That and I read a couple of other things about him. No offense, but I think watching videos of this guy would make me pull my hair out.
