Annoyed at people who think that liking one thing from a writer means that I like everything that writer has made. I like Serenity and some episodes of Angel, but everything else Whedon wrote annoys me.
Just wait. I was told way back when that when the dog goes inside, you take it outside to show it where to go. That's how my dog learned that crapping inside meant he got to go outside as a reward. So anyway, back on topic, it's annoying when I tell everyone that _ is going to happen if they do Q. And they brush me off as insignificant, treat me like absolute trash, and do Q anyway. Then, like I foretold, _ happens and they over-react on the matter.
They being random people. Q being the action. And _ being the result.
Like:
Me: Hey, if you touch the stove while it's hot, you will get burned. That would suck.
They: Whatever, ugh, don't you have anything better to do? Fuck off. You're making up stuff. It's all in your own little world.
*They touches stove with bear hands and gets burnt.*
They: OMG! That hurts! I don't know what to do! I'm burnt! This is the worst day in my life! I don't want to go to the hospital! @#$%! It was hot!
The most alienating part of this is that it happens all the freaking time, with random people; It's not something limited to family and friends. The world is full of freaking retards and the human race is evolving without ears.
It's really annoying when people post threads with "Am I the only one who...". It's even more annoying when someone responds with "No, you are not the only one because...". It's like the people who respond that way don't even understand that it's a saying to imply that you feel alone in X way, not trying to ask if they are literally the only one who feels such a way.
Religious people who refuse to consider that, hey! Maybe God intended evolution all along! But nope, it's always. "I personally do not like it, so therefore GOD hates it!" I'm religious. And I realize what evolution actually is.
Atheists who are more annoying than most religious zealots. I swear, atheism seems to attract the most vocal and just...idiotic people. Which is strange considering it's all about science and whatnot.

It's really annoying when people don't use words correctly, especially when it's the word "gay" as in "that's so gay!"
I hate a variety of bad drivers. People who don't signal lane changes in traffic. People who try merging on the highway going quite a bit below the speed limit and traffic. Oh, I really hate people who take the outer lane in a roundabout (2 lane) and go past the 2nd exit, and CUT ME OFF! Fuckers. Inside lane has right of way!
I'm also annoyed by people who use their SIDE-view mirrors as rear view mirrors. Angle those bad boys out, people! You don't need to see the face of the person driving behind you in 3 friken mirrors!

Because I have a ponytail I get mistaken for a girl every now and then. That on it's own doesn't bother me, it's when there's no reason for people to believe that I'm a girl, and yet still do is what bothers me...

I was using a urinal in a pretty big bathroom and I was the only one in there. While I'm in the middle of using the urinal, a guy walks into the bathroom, sees me, says "Oh, sorry miss" and walks out (he walked back in a couple seconds later after making a mistake, he was all red in the face too)... I MEAN COME ON! I WAS AT A URINAL! There was a whole big row of them too so even if he couldn't see the one I was at he could at least see the others surrounding the one I was using and put two and two together... Blah.
Another time, I was at work as a cashier ringing in a really large order for a lady. She had plenty of items, and because of this we were able to have a bit of a conversation. Mostly about the weather, or maybe an item or two she was buying, ect. At the end of the purchase, after she had paid, she grabbed her items, took her daughter's hand, pointed at me and said "Okay, say goodbye to the nice lady." x_X Good GOD, my voice isn't feminine at all, usually if people mistake me for a girl on first sight, they'll realize I'm a guy the second they hear my voice. Also I remember I hadn't shaved for like, a week so my stubble HAD to have been visible.
Nothing much else really annoys me, I'm actually a pretty calm person otherwise... Except when customers expect me to be 100% knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE product we own in a huge department store. Unrealistic expectations much?

Sigh... This too... Ever since high school, I swear, my friends would complain to no end about how their home lives sucked. Frankly, I don't blame them since it seems I'm the only friend who has parents that are emotionally and financially stable, whilst their parents are having divorces, losing their jobs, having mid-life crisis', ect. But do they ever do anything? Heck NO! Only one of them actually has a job, and even then he pretty much blows his entire paycheque on stupid crap and never saves any of it. And he's been going on and on about how much he wants to move out and get his own place for like, two years now; yeah, the way you're going about it, it ain't happening.imahobbit4062 said:
