My house has surprisingly good air conditioning so I just do what I normally do... Until I take my martial arts lessons. He always says the heat helps his students focus and yet I focus a lot better in the cold.

I either stay in and watch TV or play video games, or stick to my laptop, or else I go outside and lie on the grass with a book. Trouble is, nowhere near me save my back garden (which has an infestation of my dog and my cat, and is tiny to boot) is safe to lie on, what with dog shit and horse much and so forth. And I don't usually spend time in my university town, which does have good parks and grassy places, in summer. Curse the academic year timetabling...

I just get really lazy when it's hot. But I might try to hit the gym in this 100 degree weather.

Try putting a pillow in your freezer then lying on it. Very nice in this hot weather.
