you actually need 8 foot of space (for two people at least) or it tells you to move backwards...
also, if you wear remotely shiny clothes, or something like a medium sized watch... yeah...

The "Kinect" is one of the reasons I've pledged my allegiance to the flag of the PS3. Tried Kinect. It blows. I like the Move a whole lot more.

First generation is always a problem. You want to wait until it gets better to support it, but if you don't support it, there's a chance it may not make it to second generation....

no point in getting one now with no real games out for it yet. I shall wait to see if it actually "works" and then I shall wait for the few games coming out for it, including a new Steel Battalion, Panzer Dragoon, and an interesting looking horror game called Rise of Nightmares. Assuming this kinect thing functions, all three of those games could be pretty awesome. In the meantime, I still have an absolute shit-ton of games to occupy my time with, and AC: Brotherhood is out in two weeks. I seriously need a vacation to catch up on all these damn games that've been coming out in the past month.....

I was interested in Project Natal. Lost interest when they named it Kinect. Not because of the name but because at the same time that they changed the name, they showed us the launch titles.

Now, if you'll excuse me I am going to go play Wii Table Tennis.

Plus with the name change they also removed the dedicated processor, which is why the Kinect lags like a *****. I wouldn't mind having one, but I'm definitely not paying $150 and won't budge until they put the processor back in.
