What game - A 5v5 Dance-Off.

What music - A medley of some of the best club hits of the present day (note that I don't usually listen to club music, I'm more of an indie/alt rock fan, but there are a few decent tunes around at the moment).

Who: Well... lets see. The Standard NHL team is four lines of 3 forwards and 3 lines of 2 defenseman, plus your goalie and your back up goalie. So thats Twenty players. Hunh..... well, 19 including me. So we'll play one NHL standard period, 2 forward lines, 2 defense lines, 2 goals. To which I take:

For me, it depends on the type of alien. If it's one of those "We're-Too-Good-For-Gravity-So-We-Use-Anti-Gravity-All-The-Time" kind of aliens, I'd totally go with soccer. In any soccer field. With anyone with feet on my team. While "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen was playing.

If they don't have arms, tennis. With one of those Venus sisters on my team. Especially if said aliens are from Venus. On a clay field, with "Pinball Wizard" playing, for no reason whatsoever.

If they don't have either, crab walk contest! With "Rock Lobster" playing, and...uh...my old high school P.E. teacher? In my old gym? That good enough for you?

If they're completely humanoid, I'd have a cannibalism contest. First one to eat their team wins. In a kitchen. With "Hungry Like the Wolf" playing. And Jeffrey Dahmer is on my side. Because even if I die, the world will be saved. And if I lose, the aliens have eaten themselves.
