I thought that too, then I saw a Northern Kings album in Hmv in blanch, which has the smallest metal section out of them all, figures.

Barely any of these bands are obscure, I know like 80% of all the indie/rock/metal bands mentioned, maybe I shouldn't listen to so much music

I don't know they are both pretty obscure, how about,

Alter of Plagues, Asgaard, Blus Aus Nord, Crom, Dawn of Tears, Dredg, Eden's Curse, Fimbultyr, Gloria Morti, Hellsaw, Hybrid, Ikuinen Kaamos, Misanthrope, Neuraxis, Nocturnus, Persefone, Profundi, Satariel, Stromlord, Spectral, Wulfgar. Are these considered obscure? I barely have any friends who listen to metal so I have no idea how well know most bands are, but these are ones I don't hear thrown around alot, or at all really.

Ill save you the hassle, its not very good at all, I know it sounds awesome, great lineup, cover songs, how can you go wrong. But oh lord does it go wrong, I can't bring myself to listen to it again.
