I love Voltaire. He's hilarious, especially when drunk. I've seen him perform a few times.

Yeeeeaaah, you could say it's Folk Metal. Don't expect accordions or violins, though. Their "folk" is more in their singing style and overall theme.

Lyric-ally, yes. The difference being Alestorm uses folk instruments (accordions, violins, etc), while Týr has the usual suspects (guitars, bass, drums).
