Get a longboard and cruise around for hours every day. It's a really good way to relax and get to know the area around you.
Personally I want to tech myself programming, just one language, and try and use that to make a half decent game through Game Maker. If I can think of a good idea, that is... I'm also planning on fixing up my bike so I can use it at university next year, since I'll be living further away from campus than I do at present. I did want to go to a festival but probably won't be able to get a ticket now except from the touts, and I want to try and write a bit more, since I haven't added much to Digs recently and I'm coming up with new ideas now too.
OP, it's really up to you. Do whatever makes you happy, and here's a bit of advice I'm trying to live by a little more. Live on impulse. If you can't decide what to do then just screw everything and do something by impulse. Don't plan things, just do them. It'll make life a lot more interesting, I found that out myself recently and it'll work for you too

Burn down a forest? I know I'm turning 17 and I'm learning to drive this summer, then I'm going to as many parties as possible as I'll be free of the "ring up one of my parents at 2am to beg for a lift" curse. Woooo summer holidays, only 24 days till my exams are over and I'm off.
Hang out with friends, party, play video games, masturbate. All of these are prime examples of what your suppose to do WAY more often in the summer.
