Jack Thompson just needs to go away. However Kotick is not off the hook from making dumb business decisions. Do we need a new Guitar Hero game as often as they are being released? Do we need a new Call of Duty game every year? I could have done without World At War and it basically being a copy/paste of Modern Warfare in the online department.

The statements of Jack thompson are known to cause an increase in aggressive behaviour among rational people as compared to rational people who have not been exposed to his various spewings. As such, Jack Thompson should be stripped of his right to free speech.

He is a disgraced lawyer banned from practicing law in Florida. Why do we pay attention to him? This guy sued facebook for allowing people to make angry comments to him. He also submitted to the florida bar itself about its unconstitutional. Kinda ironic because he is all about "Free speech only if its what i think"
But in all honestly he is 59 and is a dyeing breed of people. He is due to retire soon hopefully.
