So, what's your general opinion on James Mcavoy?

This dude.

I've only seen him in Shameless, X-Men 1st Class and Wanted, but I love all those things
I think he would be a good James Bond one day..

Anway, opnions? Like/hate?

Would like to see him in a good leading-role, something to breakaway from the films he's known for.. Wanted and X-Men. Whenever I see him on screen, I expect him to be reserved, witty and snarky.

Hypothetical: He would have been a good fit for Fight Club (replacing Edward Norton), in my opinion. Though Ed Norton is pretty bad ass.

Yeah, I saw Wanted just after Fight Club, and I kept thinking of Ed Norton's character when he was talking about his life and stuff..

I still think his best performance was in the modern re-imagining of MacBeth with Vincent Regan. Gave plenty of depth to the character...

Also... he's much better than Michael Fassbender at covering up his accent. His RP English was a tad forced at times in X-Men: First Class, but it was quite a bit better than Michael Fassbender's, you could hear so much Irish come through at times...

I'm not too sure if there's a rule against it, but some people might get annoyed with the constant churning out of threads.

OT: I like him, I haven't seen him in much but he's a good actor. Think he did that Sport Relief football thingy so I'd say he's a pretty nice guy too.
Made a pretty good Professor X IMO.

Thought his best role was in The Last King of Scotland. Were it not for Forest Whitaker he would've been the best actor in that movie.
