I'm feeling pretty trolled right now. But, for the sake of answering your question, no, I would not eat one of those goddamn things. I don't care about any positive points they may have for it; IT'S POOP. I can get by the fact that mushrooms are grown in poop, but I mean... no! I'll just eat grass or something equally as abundant. Moss, maybe. Lots of moss.
