According to my friend, his brother was in Japan recently and you could buy 'used panties' from vending machines.

He didn't say if they were male or female panties...

Used adolescent female. Supposedly it's the increase in Estrogen.

Saying that though, the Japanese also have vending machines for cans of lager that are open 24 hours - and none of our countries can top that.

No the UK genuinely has 24 hour drinking laws for any pub/bar/food place etc which wants to apply for it. my local stays open 24 hours a day from friday night till monday morning while most of the bars and clubs in cities stay open 24 hours most of the time apart from 1/2 days for major restocking etc

eg if I lived in the town enar to me (20 min drive) I could go out and get served whatever I want at the same price as a tuesday lunchtime

the price stays the same throughout. The only recent change is they have done away with 'pay £10 and drink as much as you want' promotions.
