Well it's a good job that it's very difficult to judge tone through written speech then isn't it.

****** was, and always will be considered a racial slur. The word was invented to be a racial slur and will always carry the connotations of being a racial slur. A word associated with centuries of pain and suffering isn't really comparable to a term that describes people who are a little obsessed with Japan.

Weeaboos are annoying kids who watch too much anime and only focus in on that part of Japanese culture.

I'm a fan of Japanese culture, I really like Japanese folklore, but I don't let that one aspect of my life define who I am and I don't spout random Japanese words without any context.

Now, I believe I'm more qualified to know the intent of my posts than a stranger on the internet, and I assure you, there was no malice behind it.

You can believe what you want, it doesn't matter to me.
